Duties & Responsibilities
- To be strategic and oversee the site level operations
- Vendor Performance Score card to be maintained and updated every quarterly.
Monthly meeting with the vendor management team and share the MOM with Senior Management team
- Ensure Vendor contract tracker summary is maintained and coordinate with Client team for renewals and revised addendums.
- Ensure all the security guidelines laid down by the client in terms of transportation for female staff are adhered to. Any deviation to be escalated to proper channel
- Monthly meeting to be arranged with SPOC’s and address the query raised.
- Prepare the Transport plan during BCM Situations and actively participate in the meeting held by the client for planning BCM Situation.
- Work closely with billing team in relation to the payment of invoices and monthly accruals.
- Ensure the monthly/weekly MI on operational summary and costs are shared with Senior Management team as per the time frame.
- Contribute to the Monthly Management Report to (Client)
- Ensure compliance of regulations / requirements of JLL management in line with regulation at Client sites
