we are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial professional to join the team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of a growing ECM platform in one of the world's most dynamic capital markets while working closely with senior leaders, corporate clients, sponsors, and investors.
Responsibilities
Transaction Origination & Execution
- Support the development and growth of DBS’ Equity Capital Markets franchise in India.
- Lead and execute a broad range of ECM transactions including IPOs, Follow-on Public Offers (FPOs), Qualified Institutional Placements (QIPs), Rights Issues, Block Trades, and other equity-linked offerings.
- Manage transaction workstreams across the entire deal lifecycle, including due diligence, documentation, regulatory filings, valuation analysis, investor marketing, book building, pricing, and execution.
