Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Coordinate daily schedules for site audits and installations, ensuring the right professionals, materials, and tools are available at the right time.
Work closely with Procurement, Store Operations, Site Auditors, and Installation Partners to ensure every project is installation-ready before deployment.
Track material availability, delivery timelines, and customer appointments to minimize delays and rescheduling.
Monitor real-time job progress, proactively resolve operational bottlenecks, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure on-time project completion.
Ensure all required documentation, customer acknowledgements, job cards, and completion reports are submitted accurately and within defined timelines.
Maintain operational dashboards and track key metrics such as schedule adherence, installation readiness, completion rates, and turnaround times.
Monitor adherence to company SOPs, including qualified conduct,



uniform compliance, safety standards, and installation quality protocols.
Serve as the central point of coordination between customers, installation partners, store teams, and service managers to deliver a seamless installation experience.
