Job Responsibilities:

The Enterprise Architecture (EA) team works at the intersection of business and technology,



shaping a unified view of the organization's capabilities, processes, data, applications, security, and overall technology landscape. EA facilitates discussions on how to optimize this landscape and drives governance around reference architectures and standards that support the company’s overarching vision and strategy.

The Enterprise Architecture function is responsible for:
- Defining, supporting, and publishing Magna’s current- and future-state enterprise architecture across technology, processes, data, and security.
- Embedding an AI‑first mindset into enterprise design and architectural decision-making.
- Delivering actionable EA outputs in an agile, time‑sensitive manner, ensuring alignment of initiatives with strategy, roadmaps, and the broader enterprise context.
- Positioning EA as an internal management consultancy by providing services and expertise that support strategic decision‑making and implementation.
