Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end coach onboarding including screening, documentation, verification, and orientation.
Ensure coaches understand company standards, systems, and quality expectations.
Deliver training sessions on coaching quality, engagement, and safety protocols.
Identify skill gaps and support coach development with structured training plans.
Coordinate with operations to deploy coaches across venues based on demand.
Manage coach schedules, availability, and ensure sessions start on time.
Act as the primary point of contact for coaches and resolve queries promptly.
Monitor coach performance and maintain quality standards.
Collaborate with customer success and growth teams to incorporate feedback into coach improvement.
Maintain solid relationships with coaches and ensure a positive experience across the network.
