Your proficiency in spoken and written English, as well as your skills in MS-Office, MS-Word, and MS-Excel, will be essential in supporting our HR department.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Support HR operations by maintaining employee records, handling employee queries, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Coordinate interviews by scheduling and confirming appointments, preparing interview materials, and providing feedback to candidates.




Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the HRIS system to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including drafting emails, preparing reports, and organizing HR-related documents.
Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and practices.
