Role Definition
Provides direction and support to business unit in the areas of Labour relations, Corporate Social Responsibility, Compliance of legislations, Enterprise and local BU policies, staffing, employee development, employee counseling, training and performance management.
Responsibilities
• Making recommendations to senior management on issues concerning employees, recruiting, turnover or training.
• Administering legislation oriented compensation programs
• Adherence of State and Central legislations




• Ensuring compliance of Enterprise and BU local policies
• Training of employees and non employees in various compliance requirements
• Liaison with Government, Law and Order and public authorities
• Ensure adherence of CSR compliance under legislations and enterprise policies
• Handling employee relations issues, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.
• Conducting organizational effectiveness assessments and recommending programs to address issues.
• Ensure HR budgeting and spent per plan.
• Provide governance in Third Party contract management
• Support leaders in ensuring engaged work climate
Degree Requirement
Degree or equivalent experience desired
