We run a single Workday tenant that serves a federated landscape of PortCos, each with its own workforce, HR policies, compensation structures, payroll requirements, and compliance obligations. This complexity demands technology professionals who thrive in ambiguity, operate with an enterprise mindset, and can design solutions that scale across legal entities, geographies, and business models.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Workday Functional Architect is Revantage's most senior Workday subject-matter authority.



This role serves as the internal expert across the entire Workday HCM platform — spanning all functional domains we operate — and is the definitive escalation point for complex solutioning, architectural decisions, and cross-module design. Unlike a module-specific Product Owner, the Functional Architect holds a broad, horizontal view of the platform and is responsible for ensuring coherence, best practice adherence, and strategic alignment across every workstream and every PortCo we serve.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You will lead solution design for complex and cross-cutting requirements, define configuration standards, govern integration architecture, advise on release strategy, and ensure the platform evolves in a way that is scalable, maintainable, and aligned to Blackstone's enterprise standards. You will be the trusted advisor to Product Owners, IT leadership, and senior HR stakeholders across the portfolio.
