Roles and Responsibilities:
- Facilitating and executing the full life cycle recruitment process specifically for highly technical positions
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance,
ensuring an efficient and effective experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- Partner closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand business needs, role requirements, and team dynamics to ensure successful hires
- Work with hiring managers to assess key job requirements, create compelling and accurate job descriptions, and advise on recruitment strategy
- Screen, identify, and interview candidates, assessing culture and skill fit using a variety of interviewing techniques
- Proactively and continually source, developing and maintaining an effective pipeline and network of diverse talent
- Ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience by providing clear communication throughout the hiring process and supporting candidates as they move through each stage
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data technologies, maintain a solid network of data professionals, and leverage industry
