This role is responsible for transforming website traffic into measurable business growth through conversion optimisation, experimentation, and AI-powered customer experiences.
You will own the performance of digital journeys across multiple markets, improving how visitors discover services and move through conversion funnels.
The position combines eCommerce strategy, UX optimisation, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities to create smarter customer experiences.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Revenue to drive impactful improvements.

Accountabilities:





The role focuses on improving digital conversion performance by owning website optimisation, customer journeys, and AI-driven growth initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, running experiments, and delivering measurable improvements across the funnel.
- Own UI/UX optimisation and conversion performance across multiple websites and customer journeys.
- Improve landing pages, website messaging, calls-to-action, and value propositions to increase funnel entry rates.
- Design and execute A/B tests and conversion rate optimisation experiments, measuring impact through data and user behaviour insights.
- Identify friction points and drop-offs throughout the customer journey and implement solutions to improve engagement.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Revenue teams to launch website and funnel improvements.
