Accountabilities:

The IT Systems Engineer will support daily IT operations by managing employee technology services, endpoint environments,



and access systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, customer focus, and the ability to maintain secure and efficient IT processes across a distributed workforce.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, accounts, and workplace technology issues.
- Troubleshoot macOS and Windows environments, collaboration tools, browsers, SaaS applications, and employee technology challenges.
- Manage support requests through ITSM platforms while ensuring timely resolution, accurate documentation, and clear communication.
- Support the complete lifecycle of corporate devices, including provisioning, deployment, maintenance, patching, replacement, and decommissioning.
- Manage endpoint devices using modern MDM platforms and maintain accurate device inventory records.
