Role Overview

The Dean/Director of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is the custodian of institutional quality culture. The role involves designing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance frameworks across academics, research, administration, and student services. The position ensures NAAC/NBA accreditation, NIRF ranking, and alignment with NEP 2020, while driving continuous improvement and institutional excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead NAAC/NBA accreditation cycles and ensure compliance with UGC/NEP 2020 norms.
- Oversee NIRF data compilation and ranking improvement strategies.
- Conduct academic audits and monitor curriculum quality and OBE implementation.
- Drive faculty development programmes,



research output, and innovation initiatives.
- Establish structured stakeholder feedback systems and ensure timely action.
- Represent the institution before accreditation and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications & Experience
- Ph.D. in Engineering (Postdoctoral research preferred).
- 10–15 years of academic/administrative experience, with 5+ years in IQAC or quality assurance leadership.
- Hands -on expertise in NAAC SSR/AQAR, NBA SAR, and NIRF processes.
- Solid skills in curriculum design, accreditation frameworks, data analytics, and research management.

Salary : 1,00,000 to 1,70,000 per month
