Accountabilities:

The QA Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and improving product quality across customer-facing applications, internal platforms, APIs, and mobile experiences.



The role requires a proactive approach to identifying issues, validating releases, and strengthening quality processes through structured testing and collaboration.
- Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, regression suites, and test cases for web platforms, admin tools, APIs, and mobile applications.
- Perform functional, usability, regression, and exploratory testing across different browsers, devices, and operating systems.
- Validate API functionality using tools such as Postman and investigate backend issues through database queries and technical analysis.
- Test recent features, hotfixes, payments, subscriptions, and production releases to ensure smooth user experiences.
- Monitor, reproduce, and document defects while maintaining clear communication with engineering and product stakeholders.
