Embedded within the Global ET & will be responsible for activities / processes around the ET finance business

Perform the Forecasts / Plans and provide detailed variance explanations with the objective of highlighting the issues and the business physicals driving the Forecasts / Plans

Provide adequate & reliable analysis to senior management & other cross functional skill teams as and when required.

Ensure smooth coordination with the Regional Profits consolidator & other pillars within the Global ET Finance team.

Drive Tasks/ Efficiencies to meet the objective.

Stakeholder management liaising with ET teams across the Globe

Ensure accurate completion of the Accounting Month Close activities & ensure Monthly Account Reconciliations are completed in a timely manner.

Maintain strong control environment and support key meetings/processes

Identify areas of opportunities for automation and improving efficiency

Responsibilities
- Experience in Financial Analysis, Budget Development & Tracking, Cost Control, Variance Analysis, Accounting
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented & capable of strategic thinking along with a process improvement mindset
- Solid Communication & Inter-Personal Skills with the ability to work across matrix organization.
- Excellent organizational skills

Qualifications
- B. Com, Chartered Accountant, MBA Finance, CMA, CWA
