Lead, manage, and develop a global Exposure Management team.
Enhance organizational resilience through implementation of exposure management practices, including offensive security, attack surface management, and continuous validation.
Strengthen Identification, Prioritization, and Remediation processes.
Optimize global attack surface visibility across IT and OT through technology deployment, cross functional partnership, and process refinement.
Partner with security leadership to drive remediation accountability and adherence to risk tolerance thresholds.
Develop and retain a best-in-class cybersecurity team.
Define and develop metrics to measure and socialize maturity and exposure posture with senior leadership.
Provide thought-leadership to enterprise-wide risk reduction initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, related degree, or measurable knowledge from serving in industry/military/government unit.
CISM, GIAC, CISSP or other relevant security professional certifications.
Minimum 10 years’ skilled experience working in cybersecurity or information technology.
Minimum 3 years' experience leading operational cybersecurity teams.
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams within a large organization.
Strong working knowledge of threat actor tradecraft and mitigation approaches.
