We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead structural engineering activities for Marine, Offshore, and Oil & Gas projects.The role involves technical leadership, advanced structural analysis, project ownership, and ensuring engineering excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Lead offshore structural design for jackets, topsides, FPSOs, and subsea systems
Perform and approve ULS, FLS, ALS, and non-linear structural analyses
Execute analysis using STAAD Pro, SACS, SESAM, ANSYS, or equivalent tools
Manage engineering packages ensuring schedule, cost, and quality compliance
Approve engineering designs, calculations, and technical decisions
Develop structural methodologies and engineering strategies
Support lifting, load-out, transportation, and installation analysis
Ensure compliance with API, ISO, DNV, and AISC standards
Review and approve technical deviations
Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
Interface with clients, contractors,



and regulatory authorities
Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and value engineering
Mentor engineers and strengthen team capability
Improve engineering processes, standards, and documentation

Requirements
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Marine, or Civil Engineering
10–15+ years of experience in Offshore / Marine / Oil & Gas projects
Expert proficiency in STAAD Pro (Mandatory)
Robust proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
Experience in SACS, SESAM, ANSYS, or equivalent analysis tools
Proven offshore structural design and project leadership experience
Preferred Skills
EPC offshore project experience
Knowledge of fabrication and installation practices
Expertise in fatigue and non-linear analysis
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
