Role Responsibilities -

As a Lead, Observability Engineer you’ll play a meaningful role in building,
scaling, and embedding enterprise‑grade observability across our technology
landscape, enabling reliable, secure, and high‑performing services.
Besides working closely with your colleagues in Bangalore, India, you will also
have an equal opportunity to work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.

We own and continuously evolve our observability platform across logs, metrics,
traces, APM, RUM, monitoring, and security use cases.

We define and implement reusable observability standards for dashboards,
alerting, and logging across engineering and business domains.

Embed observability into cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring
telemetry quality and automation by develop.
