2. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, medical superintendents, principals, nursing directors, academic coordinators, and HR departments.

• Conduct regular follow-up meetings to convert prospects into training partners.

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

3. Training Enrollment & Revenue Generation

• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets.

• Coordinate with institutions for batch scheduling and participant registrations.

• Maximize institutional and corporate participation in AHA courses.





4. Training Coordination

• Coordinate with instructors and the operations team to ensure smooth execution of scheduled training programs.

• Ensure all logistical requirements are completed before each training session.

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the training team.

5. Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

• Identify opportunities to expand AHA training into new cities and institutions.

• Provide regular market feedback and recommendations to management.

6. Reporting

• Maintain an updated database of leads, client meetings, proposals, and conversions.

• Submit weekly activity reports and monthly business performance reports.
