About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations at a prestigious, high-volume Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) in Kochi. This role demands a dynamic leader who understands the fast-paced nature of the QSR environment while maintaining uncompromising standards for food quality, customer service, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Operational & Team Leadership
- Direct daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and rapid service during peak hours.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff in hospitality standards, food preparation techniques, and exceptional customer service.
- Cultivate a positive, high-energy work setting that drives team retention and performance.

Financial & Inventory Management
- Oversee daily sales, cash handling, and P&L; responsibilities.
- Conduct precise ingredient cost breakdowns, manage inventory, and minimize waste to optimize profit margins.
- Collaborate on menu engineering and cost analysis to drive strategic profitability without sacrificing quality.





Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene (HACCP) standards at all times.
- Conduct regular quality checks on food production to ensure consistency and brand standard compliance.
- Address and resolve customer feedback promptly to maintain high satisfaction ratings.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven track record (3+ years) in a managerial role within a QSR, premium casual dining, or high-volume hospitality establishment.
- Strong understanding of food production techniques, cost control, and restaurant operational metrics.
- Exceptional communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
