Role Description
The Quality Management Consultant is a full-time remote role responsible for ensuring the consistency and effectiveness of Royal Acquisition’s lead generation, appointment-setting, and outreach processes. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining quality management frameworks, auditing workflows,



and analyzing performance data to identify improvement opportunities. The consultant will collaborate closely with operations, sales development, and client success teams to define quality standards, streamline procedures, and support compliance with internal best practices. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating campaign execution, conducting root cause analysis on quality issues, preparing reports and recommendations, and supporting training initiatives to enhance service delivery. The role also requires proactive communication with stakeholders to align quality objectives with business goals and client expectations.

Qualifications
- Robust foundation in quality-focused disciplines, including Quality Management and Quality Assurance.
