We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing our organization s social media presence and engaging with our online community to promote our mission, programs, and events. This role requires a passion for animal welfare, solid communication skills, and a knack for creating compelling content.

Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our organization s presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create and curate engaging content, including posts, graphics, photos, videos, and stories, to showcase shelter animals, success stories, events, and fundraising initiatives.
- Schedule and publish content according to a content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and brand messaging across platforms.

Community Engagement
- Monitor social media channels for emails, comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, comments, and messages from followers and supporters.




- Foster positive interactions and build relationships with followers, supporters, and influencers within the animal welfare community.
- Developing email marketing campaigns via MailChimp aimed at fundraising and maintaining engagement with our organization s donors.
- Host a pet food carnival at the shelter every 15 days, inviting volunteers and donors through Instagram and Facebook posts, as well as postings in relevant Facebook groups.
- Hosting monthly live video calls through Mailchimp to showcase the shelter, alongside regular posts, stories, and reels on Facebook or Instagram.

Content Creation
- Collaborate with the marketing team, volunteers, and community partners to source content ideas and user generated content.
- Develop creative concepts and campaigns to drive engagement, increase followers, and promote passive adoption, donations, and volunteer opportunities.
