With expanding operations across the United States and India, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive (US) to support our growing HR operations.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive (US) with strong expertise in US recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing recruitment for US-based positions and supporting multi-location restaurant operations.

This role requires close collaboration with leadership, operations, payroll,



and hiring managers across the United States and India to ensure efficient HR operations and an excellent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based positions.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer rollout.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre-employment documentation.
- Support onboarding of new employees.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, interview-to-hire ratio, and hiring status.

HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
