Role Description
The Team Manager role at Bajaj Housing Finance Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Madurai. The Team Manager will lead and supervise a sales or operations team,



set clear performance goals, and ensure targets are met in line with company policies and compliance requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring team performance, providing coaching and feedback, managing workflows, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues. The role involves reviewing loan applications or business cases, supporting process improvements, preparing regular reports and dashboards, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Team Manager will also be responsible for fostering a collaborative work environment, supporting talent development, and upholding risk and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications
- Strong team leadership and people management skills, with experience in setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and mentorship.
