Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and oversee the entire Digital Marketing division. The ideal candidate should have end-to-end knowledge of digital marketing, robust leadership skills, and proven experience in managing cross-functional teams. This role involves driving business growth, ensuring successful campaign execution, managing client relationships, and aligning all digital marketing functions with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, Web Development, Graphic Design, Video Production, and Marketing Automation teams.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business and client objectives.
- Monitor department KPIs, team performance, and campaign effectiveness.
- Drive lead generation, brand awareness, website traffic, and ROI-focused marketing initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, mentoring,



and training sessions for team members.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless execution of projects and timely delivery.
- Review and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Oversee website performance, SEO strategies, content planning, and conversion optimization.
- Analyze marketing data and prepare strategic reports for senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, Google algorithm updates, AI tools, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Manage client relationships, participate in strategy meetings, and provide digital marketing consultation.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to support business development, proposals, and client pitches.
