- About the Role
- Technymon Technology India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers across India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic customer partnerships, identifying recent application opportunities, driving commercial growth, and ensuring world-class customer satisfaction for our engineered sliding bearing solutions.
- Key Responsibilities
- - Manage strategic accounts within Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
- - Build strong relationships with engineering, purchasing, quality, manufacturing, and senior management teams at customer organizations.




- - Identify new projects and application opportunities from concept through serial production.
- - Drive customer acquisition and increase business within existing accounts.
- - Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
- - Coordinate with internal engineering, quality, production, supply chain, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
- - Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and annual business reviews.
- - Monitor RFQs, quotations, project pipelines, and sales forecasts.
- - Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- - Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
- - Represent Technymon at customer meetings, technical reviews, exhibitions, and industry events.
