Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end background verification (BGV) for prospective employees.
- Verify employment, education, identity, address, references, and other credentials.
- Coordinate with candidates, previous employers, educational institutions, and third-party verification agencies.
- Review verification reports and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Ensure timely completion of BGVs within defined turnaround times (TAT).




- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations for a smooth onboarding process.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience
in Background Verification (BGV).
- Solid understanding of BGV processes, compliance, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
