Role Description
The Management Trainee Human Resources role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara.



The role involves supporting HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including assisting with recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and maintaining employee records. The Management Trainee will help implement HR policies, coordinate employee perks and welfare initiatives, and support performance management and personnel administration tasks. The role includes working closely with HR leadership to learn best practices in HR management, contribute to employee engagement activities, and provide support for compliance and documentation. The Management Trainee is expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams, use HR systems and tools effectively, and develop foundational HR skills to grow into a future HR leadership role.


Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in learning and applying modern HR practices.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and basic understanding of employment
