Role Description
The Performance Marketing role at Xfused is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The Performance Marketer will monitor key performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and run A/B tests to improve ROI and customer lifetime value. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with creative and product teams on messaging and visuals,



managing marketing budgets, and coordinating with customer service and sales to ensure a consistent brand experience. The role also includes researching market trends, competitors, and audience behavior to refine marketing strategies and support the overall growth of the brand.
