We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, and sales-driven Student Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys speaking with people, generating new leads, and helping prospective students find the right training programme to achieve their career goals.

This is a fully remote position based in India, working UK business hours.

The Role

As a Student Recruitment Consultant,



you will be responsible for promoting Learning Nest's training programmes and enrolling students onto courses within the Early Years, Childcare, Teaching, Teaching Assistant, SEND, Schools, Nurseries, and Health & Social Care sectors.

This is a target-driven sales role where you will proactively generate your own leads, follow up on enquiries, build relationships with prospective learners, and guide them through the enrolment process.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, confident, resilient, and able to work independently. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to consistently achieve enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new student enquiries through outbound calling, social media, networking, referrals, online research, and other lead generation activities.
- Take ownership of your own pipeline by identifying and creating new opportunities to attract prospective learners.
