Roles and Responsibility
- Manage tables, take orders, and serve food and beverages to guests.
- Ensure all areas of the restaurant or bar are clean and well-maintained.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving issues professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements




- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred.
