Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex civil and criminal cases.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents for litigation purposes.
- Represent clients in arbitrations, mediations, and court proceedings as needed.
- Collaborate with investigators to gather evidence and build strong cases.

Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in property litigation or related field.
- Solid understanding of laws governing various industries (e.g., construction, employment).
- Excellent drafting skills for preparing high-quality legal documents.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during tight deadlines.
