Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai,



responsible for driving growth and expanding Zen Eats’ presence in the corporate dining and workplace food ecosystem. This role includes identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and managing a robust sales pipeline, and developing relationships with key decision makers in corporate offices, business parks, and large organizations. The Business Development Manager will prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and collaborate with operations, product, and marketing teams to design customized cafeteria and food service solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve market research, competitor analysis, forecasting, and reporting on performance metrics, as well as supporting contract finalization and ensuring smooth handover to implementation teams. The role requires active on-site client meetings, networking at industry events, and consistent follow-up to secure long-term partnerships.
