Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our
sales team in Bangalore. This role involves administrative assistance, customer
communication, and data management to ensure smooth sales operations and
contribute to achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

* Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts under the guidance of
the sales team.
* Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate
client information, sales activities, and opportunities.
* Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone and email, providing initial
information and directing leads to the appropriate sales representative.
* Coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and travel arrangements for the
sales team.
* Process sales orders, track their status, and ensure timely delivery and
customer satisfaction.
* Assist with the preparation of sales reports, analyzing data to identify
trends and areas for improvement.
* Communicate effectively with internal departments (e.g., marketing,
operations, finance)

* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and
pipeline progress.
* Assist in organizing and attending sales events, trade shows, and conferences
as required.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer
service role, preferably within a fast-paced setting.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to
manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
