We are hiring for Lead Engineer - Engineering Design

Role & responsibilities

10 to 15 Years of experience in Consumer Durable, Consumer Electronics, Industrial Products, Automotive industry.
• Partnering with the product management team to define product architecture, propose solutions, benchmarking the product.
• Engineering design the product. When the idea gets approved from there to the product getting handed over to the product team.
• Need technical solid person who has closely worked with Industrial design team and product team to develop the concepts and development through manufacturing.
• Ensure best practices are used for arriving at FTR decisions like simulation-based designs, DFM (Design for Manufacturing), DFR, DFX leading to first time right product pre-pilot.
• Review BOM (Bill of Materials) and 2D drawings.
• Prototyping.
• Documentation and control
• Creo experience.
