We are looking for a skilled
ServiceNow Developer
with robust expertise in ITSM, platform customization, integrations, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform

✔ Gather business requirements and create technical implementation plans

✔ Build workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and catalog items

✔ Manage ServiceNow instances (Development, Test, Production), upgrades, and deployments

✔ Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party applications

✔ Automate business processes using ServiceNow Orchestration and Flow Designer

✔ Design and implement ETL-based data integrations

✔ Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics

✔ Configure user groups, roles, and access controls





✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish development standards and deployment processes

Required Skills:

✅ ServiceNow Development & Administration

✅ ITSM Modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge)

✅ CMDB & ServiceNow Integrations

✅ JavaScript, HTML, Glide API

✅ REST & SOAP Web Services

✅ Flow Designer / ServiceNow Orchestration

✅ Reports, Dashboards & Performance Analytics

✅ Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
