Details:
Your job is to develop materials and manufacturing processes together with our
material suppliers and create the relevant specifications and standards. In this
context, you support the definition of Metal Technology strategy, principles and
concepts. You ensure the material availability and safety with the technical
qualification process and master difficult requirements in a challenging
environment.

Job Description
The detailed responsibilities will be:
To develop and harmonize mature and robust materials and process specifications
for Metallic Technology
To generate and provide engineering metallic material and process data
allowable. You
define, specify and validate manufacturing processes to ensure correct, mature
materials and manufacturing
To provide your metal technology expertise towards Programs, CoE, Procurement,
Quality, Customer Service and projects (plateau, Multifunctional Teams) during
aircraft development and service
To evaluate material related deviations from definition documents and support
failure analysis for test cell, manufacturing and in service issues
To oversee the complete material value chain from materials origin until
recycling
Practice project management by providing weekly/monthly reports, schedule, risk
mitigation & monitoring the qualification activities
Actively participate and contribute to clean sky a
