1. Understand product life cycles of Evs,ICEs,Hybrids 2.Knowledge on Different types of Lithium ion Battery cells, Modules and pack, types of hybrid engines components3. Co orelate field issues to validation and DVP4. Derive validation test cases related to powertrain 5.



Identify new failure modes in design 6. Connect DVPs to life cycle including End of life7. Proven experience on Testing automation AVL PUMA, AVL EDACS, Iasys ORBIT E 8.Work with other test engineers and technicians to execute ICE /EPT/ Hybrid powertrain and provide accurate result reports - Hands on experience needed 9.Knowledge on Test standards 10.Knowledge on various types of measurement equipment to test batteries, cells, ICE engines 11.Root cause analysis, 8D preparation ,Periodic concern review 12.Relies on data to justify technical decisions and ability to clearly explain technical issues and Solid Willingness to take ownership and drive results13.
