Role overview:
The Microsoft Modern Workplace Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and escalation support of Keyloop’s end-user computing environments and modern workplace solutions. This role will focus on optimizing Microsoft 365 services, Entra and Intune to enhance user experience, security, and productivity.

Roles & responsibilities:
Monitor and optimize the performance and security of end-user devices, M365 services, Intune,



and Active Directory.
Develop and maintain documentation for end-user computing and modern workspace environments.
Implement and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other M365 applications.
Utilize Intune for device management, ensuring compliance with security policies and seamless integration with other IT services.
Manage the deployment infrastructure, configuration management, and maintenance process of Windows and MacOS systems and applications.
Strong knowledge of Entra Enterprise Applications, Application Registrations and best practice for securing Identity in Entra ID and Active Directory.
Contribute to the IT Engineering roadmap, and plan and deliver IT projects.
