Install, configure, and support Fortinet Firewalls in customer environments.
Deploy, configure, and maintain:
FortiAnalyzer
FortiManager
Fortinet SD-WAN
Fortinet Switches
Perform implementation, migration, upgrades, health checks, and troubleshooting of Fortinet solutions.
Provide onsite/ remote installation, configuration, and technical support to customers across Pune.
Diagnose and resolve network security incidents while ensuring minimal service disruption.
Work closely with customers to understand requirements and provide technical recommendations.
Document implementation activities, configurations, and support cases.
Coordinate with internal technical teams and OEM support for complex issues.
Stay updated with the latest Fortinet technologies, security trends, and best practices.

Requirements
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team workplace.
Hands-on experience with Check Point or Palo Alto Networks security solutions.
Relevant certifications such as NSE/FCP, CCNA, or equivalent certifications are an added advantage.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Willingness to travel within Pune and nearby locations as required.
