Operating at a meaningful revenue scale (₹50–150 Cr range), we run a lean, high-ownership team where marketing isn't split across silos — the person in this seat drives the brand across performance, content, website, and commerce, working closely with founders and cross-functional teams to shape how customers discover, buy, and stay loyal to us. The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager/Lead who has owned marketing end-to-end for a D2C brand — not someone who has only run ads in isolation, only managed marketplace listings, or only "coordinated with an agency." You should have built and scaled growth across multiple pillars in a single role, with real numbers to show for it.

This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role. You will be expected to get into the weeds of campaigns, funnels, and content — not just strategize and delegate.





What You Will Own
- Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (not just brief an agency)
- Own budgets, campaign types, targeting, and creative testing
- Track and improve ROAS, CAC, CTR, and other core performance metrics
- Brand & Content
- Shape brand voice and content strategy across digital channels
- Plan content calendars, campaigns, and creative briefs that support both brand-building and performance
- Website, Funnel & CRO
- Own the website experience on Shopify/WooCommerce
- Run landing page A/B tests and funnel optimization to improve conversion
- Use GA4 and other analytics tools to identify drop-offs and opportunities
- Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
- Build and optimize abandoned cart flows, email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing
- Design upsell and retention strategies to grow repeat purchase rate and LTV
