Job Purpose and Objective

Program/MIS Manage
r at NICMAR will be responsible for overseeing program management and the effective use of Management Information Systems (MIS) to support the Sales and Marketing functions. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this role focuses on data management, analysis, and the implementation of programs that drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making

- g:Develop and maintain robust MIS systems to capture and analyze data related to sales, marketing, and student enrolment
- s.Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into key performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvemen
- t.Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems and report

1. s.Program Managemen
- t:Oversee the planning, execution,



and monitoring of programs related to sales and marketing initiative
- s.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure programs are delivered on time and meet predefined objective
- s.Track program progress, address issues, and implement corrective actions as neede

- s:Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the sales and marketing function
- s.Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the Director of Sales and Marketing based on data analysi
