Role Overview :
This role will drive internal communications and employer branding initiatives, supporting the CEO Communication Office in building a solid, consistent, and engaging employee narrative. The role focuses on enhancing employee engagement, strengthening culture storytelling, and enabling employee advocacy aligned to Incture’s values and growth journey.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Internal Communication Execution
• Execute structured internal communication aligned to CEO messaging (emailers, Teams, leadership updates)
• Support planning and execution of CEO-led communication formats:
- Townhalls
- Employee updates
- Leadership messages
• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and frequency across internal channels
2. Employee Engagement & Culture Storytelling
• Partner with HR and leadership teams to drive communication around:
- People programs (R&R;)
- Values and culture initiatives
- Organizational milestones
• Develop and execute campaigns highlighting employee journeys and experiences
3. Employer Branding (Inside-Out)
• Build and manage employee storytelling pipelines (employees, alumni, leaders)
• Translate internal culture into content for external platforms (LinkedIn, careers page)
• Support talent branding initiatives (campus, diversity, women in tech)
4. Employee Advocacy Programs
• Design and execute structured employee advocacy initiatives
• Enable employees with content, toolkits, and storytelling formats
• Drive participation across key talent segments (Garudas, leaders, delivery teams)
5. Campaigns & Engagement Initiatives
• Execute internal campaigns such as:
- Incture Pulse: Team Spotlight
- Anniversary campaigns (20 years)
- Engagement-led initiatives across locations
• Drive engagement on Teams and internal platforms (DM Screens)
Required Skills & Experience:
• 4–5 years in internal communications, employer branding, or corporate communications
• Experience in B2B, technology, consulting, or enterprise organizations preferred
