We are seeking a seasoned identity infrastructure expert to lead our team in
designing, building, and managing a robust identity environment. As an Entra and
Active Directory Architect, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing
strategies to secure and scale our identity systems, while fostering a
high-performing team.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee a team dedicated to designing, implementing, and maintaining our
Entra and Active Directory infrastructure.




• Develop and execute comprehensive identity management strategies, including
user provisioning, authentication, and authorization.
• Integrate identity systems with broader IT landscape to optimize user
experience and efficiency.
• Streamline operations through automation and scripting.
• Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve identity-related issues.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.
• Cultivate a collaborative and productive team culture.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 14 years of IT experience
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Active Directory architecture and
administration experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in Entra (Azure AD) functionalities and concepts.
• In-depth understanding of identity and access management principles.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving
