DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Senior Software Engineer (.NET), focusing on the development
and maintenance of scalable software applications. The ideal candidate will have
5-7 years of relevant professional experience with strong hands-on expertise in
.NET MVC, .NET Core, JavaScript and/or Angular, and SQL, with SQL Server
preferred. This role involves close collaboration with global teams to meet
complex product requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. The
role is designed for an engineer who can manage multiple priorities in a
dynamic, fast-paced environment, apply robust engineering practices, and use
AI-native software development tools responsibly to improve productivity,
quality, and delivery outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

* Work as a core member of a global team that drives the appropriate use and

* Work in Agile teams following Agile and SAFe methodologies to deliver

* Implement and promote software development best practices, including clean
code, reusable design, automated testing, code reviews, and secure
development practices.
* Work in a self-directed manner on research and development initiatives,
making sound technical decisions and contributing to real product innovation.
* Maintain and improve existing codebases, ensuring high-quality, efficient,
reliable, and maintainable software.
* Use AI-assisted development tools such as LLMs, GitHub Copilot/Codex,
ChatGPT, and Claude responsibly for coding support, debugging, test
generation, documentation, refactoring, and productivity improvement.
