The Role
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you'll get extensive experience across sales, marketing, operations, and leadership from day one. You'll be given real targets, real clients, and real responsibility — fast. The ceiling here is entirely self-imposed.
What You'll Do
- Lead offline marketing campaigns from planning through to on-ground execution
- Own event coordination — and deliver results under pressure
- Dig into market research to spot trends and identify current opportunities
- Track and report on campaign performance with actionable insights
- Develop rapidly through structured mentorship and cross-functional exposure
