Role Description
The Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring EHS policies, procedures, and programs aligned with local regulations and company standards. Daily responsibilities include conducting workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits, as well as monitoring occupational health conditions and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.



The EHS Manager will lead accident investigations, maintain incident records, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies. The role also involves designing and delivering EHS training programs, promoting safety awareness, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in environmental and health performance.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and general Health & Safety practices.
- Experience with Occupational Health programs, including risk assessment, ergonomics, and health monitoring.
- Proficiency in Accident Investigation, incident reporting, and root cause analysis.
- Ability to design and deliver Training related to safety procedures, emergency response, and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of relevant Indian EHS laws, regulations, and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Saf
