Job Description

Detail-oriented in Material Management with experience supporting compliant,




high-quality marketing and digital content across multiple channels.
Demonstrates strong coordination and organizational skills to manage content
reviews, regulatory approvals and publication processes while partnering
effectively with cross-functional teams. Adept at maintaining workflows,
tracking tools and identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and
meet evolving business needs.

* Review materials for spelling, grammar and compliance with Ameriprise brand,
style and disclosure guidelines.
* Submit content for appropriate reviews and approvals in our regulatory system
and actively follow up with business partners to ensure timely execution.
* Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines as well as partnering and
executing best practices and procedures.
* Support alignment and communication on processes, timelines and deadlines
related to content publication and cross-functional digital ca
