Purpose of Job
- Need robust understanding of PLC and control panel wiring and automation with hands-on experience will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Production Area preferably from control panel and Automation area for industrial equipments
- This position is responsible for the physical assembly, wiring and testing of control panel of industrial equipment
- Responsible for SQCDP
- Plan and track the cost of operations, devise and implement actions for reduction in the costs
- Controls the WIP within the target days of production set
- Monitors the in-process and output quality parameters and take appropriate actions in line with the customer requirements
- Drive the implementation of change initiatives kaizen, 5s improvements projects , safety standards , problem solving projects and other lean manufacturing initiatives
- Mentor and develop manufacturing personnel to enable development of leaders from within
- Motivate and engage employees by identifying and rewarding performance
