Cash Application Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

* Execute cash application activities in line with defined SOPs and controls.

* Apply customer payments to open invoices (bank, lockbox, wire, credit card),
with reduced manual scope post GetPaid implementation.

* Reconcile AR ledger with bank information within defined boundaries.

* Investigate unapplied or misapplied cash and resolve issues of limited to
moderate complexity.

* Coordinate with Collections and AR colleagues for execution-related
clarifications.

* Escalate complex or non-routine issues to senior team members.

Key Tasks:

* Cash application and invoice matching activities (35%)

* Investigation and resolution of unapplied or misapplied cash within SOPs
(25%)

* AR and bank reconciliation activities (15%)

* Coordination with Collections and internal stakeholders for execution (15%)

* Manual postings and corrections for exception items (10%)

Qualification and Skills Required

* Graduate from a Commerce/Accounting field





* 3-5 year of experience in O2C process

* Global work experience

* Valuable English verbal and written communication

* Experience of working on ERP system (SAP/oracle/D365) or any other.
