Role Description
The Business Development/Growth-Assistant Manager is a full time, on-site role based in
Gurgaon / Mumbai / Hyderabad
. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with healthcare stakeholders, and supporting strategic partnerships that expand VOH’s reach and impact. The Assistant Manager will track market trends, prepare proposals and presentations, and coordinate with internal teams to execute campaigns, events, and collaborations.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, maintaining accurate records of outreach and conversions, analyzing performance data, and providing regular growth reports and insights to leadership. The role also requires close coordination with content, events, and marketing teams to align business development activities with VOH’s overall mission and objectives.

What you’ll do:

✅ Develop partnerships with hospitals,Pharmacy, healthcare brands, startups, and industry leaders

✅ Drive growth initiatives for our events, and digital platforms

✅ Coordinate sponsorships, collaborations, and strategic projects

✅ Conduct market research and identify new opportunities

✅ Represent VOH at meetings, conferences, and industry forums
